You’ll be surrounded by an open, collaborative culture that embraces diversity, recognition, professional development and, most importantly, you.Are you ready to make your impact?About The RoleWe provide our clients with a comprehensive view of strategic communications that leverages our integrated suite of services, including crisis management, litigation communications, financial communications, corporate reputation, transaction communications and public affairs with specialized expertise in Latin America and a presence in all major markets worldwide.What You’ll DoIn this role, the Consultant will develop knowledge of clients' objectives and challenges to help the client team design communication, public affairs and/or corporate risk strategies and execute program tactics. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, the following:Contribute to the research, planning, and development of comprehensive communication and/or public affairs programs, with a focus on crisis, litigation and financial communicationsWrite and edit a variety of client materials (e.g., strategic memos, press releases, presentations, emails, media reports, media pitches, social media posts and content, etc.) under the direction of senior team membersPrepare daily media monitoring reports and synthesize key insights for client teamsAssist with ongoing program measurement and progress report developmentIdentify and cultivate appropriate target media for clients, and develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date media listsDevelop and evaluate appropriate editorial calendar opportunities relevant to client mandatesAnticipate and address client issues thoughtfully and effectively, escalating as appropriateEvaluate campaign results against objectivesAssist in successfully growing existing accounts by identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand scopeContribute to the professional development and performance review process for interns, as neededDemonstrate a high level of integrity and ask the necessary questions to manage firm and client data responsiblyClient DeliveryExecute communication program activities across multiple clients simultaneouslyDemonstrate an understanding of client information, including business strategy, services, stakeholders and competitive landscapeDeliver high-quality work focused on client needsCreate client-ready deliverables to a high standard in a timely and efficient mannerIdentify resource needs and work with managers to assign individual responsibilitiesSupport billing procedures to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client invoicesBusiness DevelopmentMaintain and strengthen solid relationships with clientsWork with managers to help clients assess their program needs and identify opportunities to expand scopeParticipate in the generation new business proposals and presentationsPractice LeadershipConsistently seek ways to improve the quality and efficiency of client serviceSupport the development, production and marketing of thought leadership on emerging trends and issues relevant to clients and prospectsDemonstrate a high standard of integrity in managing firm and client dataHow You’ll GrowWe are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth, and development opportunities.
