Review Commercial Planning Lead (FMCG)
Are you a strategic commercial planning professional with expertise in Trade Promotion Management, Revenue Growth Management, and sales performance optimization? Join our team as a Commercial Planning Lead, where you'll partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Revenue Management teams to drive profitable growth through customer planning, trade investment optimization, and commercial analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Key Account Managers in executing customer strategies, promotional plans, product launches, and commercial initiatives.
- Lead the evaluation and optimization of trade promotion strategies, ensuring investments deliver strong ROI and business impact.
- Develop scenario-based analyses using sales performance, customer trends, and market data to identify growth opportunities and business risks.
- Generate actionable insights that support customer planning and commercial decision-making.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment across commercial plans and execution.
- Monitor customer performance against sales targets, identify gaps, and recommend improvement opportunities.
- Lead post-promotion analysis, measuring volume uplift, profitability, and net revenue performance to improve future promotional strategies.
- Support Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes and customer growth initiatives.
- Prepare executive-level business reviews, customer presentations, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Trade Promotion Management, Commercial Planning, Revenue Growth Management, or Customer Planning.
- Minimum 4 years of experience within the FMCG/CPG industry.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience working with cross-functional commercial teams and senior stakeholders.
- Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of:Trade Promotion Management (TPM)Revenue Growth Management (RGM)Commercial PlanningSales AnalyticsCustomer Business PlanningSales Funnel Management
- Experience with CRM platforms, trade promotion tools, sales analytics solutions, and Microsoft Office Suite
