Advanced ASIC Timing & Methodology Engineer

QUALCOMM SEMICONDUCTORES Y SISTEMAS AVANZADOS DE BAJA CALIFORNIA seeks a Timing Engineer to drive timing analysis for Mobile, Compute, Automotive and IoT. You’ll work with STA methodologies, SPICE comparsion, and sign-off for 5nm/4nm processes, collaborating with CAD/IP teams and using tools like PT-SI, Tempus, ICC2, Fusion, and Innovus.

You will contribute to timing closure across RTL-to-GDS flows, model in Python/Perl/TCL, and ensure robust timing convergence while supporting new process
