Talent Acquisition Partner

As Virtelligence continues to expand across North America and Latin America, we are looking for a talented and ambitious Talent Acquisition Partner/ Technical Recruiter based in Colombia. As a Talent Acquisition Partner/ Technical Recruiter, you will play an important role in the growth of Virtelligence.

What You Will Do

• Partner with hiring managers, and practice leaders to understand client requirements, technical qualifications, project needs, and hiring priorities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, candidate outreach, screening, interview coordination, candidate presentation, feedback, offer support, and follow-up

• Recruit qualified professionals for contract, contract to hire, and permanent positions across the United States, Canada, Colombia, Mexico, Costa Rica, and other international markets

• Source candidates for positions involving Epic, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, Microsoft, AWS, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data and analytics, software engineering, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications

• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, internal candidate databases, referrals, professional communities, networking, job boards, and AI-supported sourcing tools to identify talent

• Build effective Boolean searches and develop creative sourcing strategies for specialized and difficult-to-fill technology positions

• Conduct professional candidate interviews to evaluate technical experience, communication skills, project history, availability, compensation expectations, career interests, and overall fit

• Write clear and engaging job postings that attract qualified candidates and accurately represent each opportunity

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Develop long-term relationships with consultants, candidates, universities, professional associations, and technology communities

• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruiting activity, interview notes, and hiring status within the applicant tracking system

• Track recruiting performance, including outreach, candidate responses, screenings, submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and time to fill

• Provide candidates with timely communication and a professional, respectful, and positive recruiting experience

• Monitor talent availability, compensation expectations, competitive hiring activity, and technology recruiting trends

• Collaborate with internal teams on consultant onboarding, employee engagement, retention, and other people-related initiatives

What You Bring

• Five years of experience in technical recruiting, IT recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or candidate sourcing

• Experience recruiting for United States based positions, preferably within IT consulting, technology staffing, healthcare IT, professional services, or life sciences

• Professional fluency in written and spoken English

• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct candidate sourcing

• Experience recruiting for contract, contract to hire, or permanent technology positions

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as RecruitBPM, Bullhorn, Crelate, Workday, or a comparable platform

• Ability to understand technical job requirements and communicate them clearly and confidently to candidates

• Strong candidate interviewing, relationship building, and evaluation skills

• Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple job openings and candidate pipelines in a fast-moving consulting environment

• Comfort working with candidates and colleagues across different countries, cultures, and time zones

• Curiosity about technology, artificial intelligence, recruiting automation, and modern talent sourcing methods

• A proactive and resourceful mindset with a strong sense of ownership
