We're Hiring | Digital Media, Performance & Analytics Director

We're looking for a Digital Media, Performance & Analytics Director to lead one of the most strategic automotive accounts in Mexico.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking, digital media expertise, performance marketing, and strong analytical skills to drive business results in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

✅ Lead the digital media strategy across multiple platforms.

✅ Drive campaign performance and optimization.

✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Media, Analytics, Martech, Creative and Client Services).

✅ Turn data into actionable business recommendations.

✅ Present strategic insights to senior stakeholders and clients.

✅ Mentor and develop a high-performing team.

We're looking for someone with:

• 8+ years of experience in Digital Media or Performance Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and digital measurement.
• Experience leading complex accounts and multidisciplinary teams.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into business decisions.
• Advanced English.

Nice to have:

• Automotive industry experience.
• Programmatic media.
• GA4, GTM, Power BI or Looker Studio.
• Experience with first-party data and audience strategies.
