What we're looking for:

The Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across the company’s U.S. restaurant portfolio. This is a hands-on role focused on performance marketing, campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will support growth initiatives by managing paid media, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to improve results.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across channels such as Meta and Google Ads
• Monitor and improve performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Support digital acquisition and customer growth initiatives
• Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors
• Use CRM tools to support retention and lifecycle marketing campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
• Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts
• Support marketing initiatives for promotions, campaigns, and new store openings
• Experience in restaurant and hospitality marketing strategies

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in digital or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience managing paid media (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion funnels, and campaign performance
• Experience executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns
• Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Basic data analysis skills (Excel, dashboards, reporting)
• Experience working with agencies or external vendors
• Data-driven mindset with strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+), able to communicate with U.S.-based stakeholders
