Customer Fulfillment Management Intern (Monterrey)

Job Description Summary

As a member of the Services and Fulfillment Operations team, you will be an active contributor and supporter of everyday operations within the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide part supply demand support.
• Participate in Contractual Services (CS) inventory management.
• Support financial pacing, cost classification, billing and collections for assigned customer portfolio.
• Prepare margin reviews for CSA agreements within assigned customer portfolio.
• Prepare other KPI reviews in support of the team's operations.
• Submit Customer Issue Resolution (CIR) workflows for any identified fulfillment shortfalls.
• Update and maintain input in the Field Service Portal (FSP), including the Oracle Field Services (OFS) system.
• Support CSL as needed in completion of outage and customer relationship deliverables.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronic or Electrical engineering degree from an accredited university.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Intermediate to advanced English language proficiency.
• Available to work 30 hours per week.
