Role & Responsibilities

Within our team of Event Managers, your role will be to organise client events:

• Ensure client satisfaction and rapid response to client requests
• Conduct negotiations with service providers
• Build trusted relationships with clients and partners
• Participate to the development of processes, tools and product features
• Recruit and train new joiners

This role will also have a part of billing operations, assisting Account Managers on invoicing clients for ongoing events. Finance and especially billing experience is highly preferred.

You are the ideal candidate if

You speak fluently English and Spanish. Both MANDATORY.

It is a huge plus if you also speak French

You have a previous experience in corporate events or hospitality

You have previous experience in billing / invoicing.

You enjoy client interaction and working as part of a team

You are very well organized and you pay attention to detail
