The Program Manager is accountable for maintaining efficient manufacturing operations to meet internal and customer expectations.***Responsibilities:*** Organize, plan and direct program schedules and budgets.* In charge of tracking relevant metrics and drive action items based on results.* Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required.* Establishes work plan and staffing for each phase of program and arranges for recruitment or assignment of personnel.* Manage the coordination of product life cycle activities with P&L and customer satisfaction also has control for different accounts of various complexities.* Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.* In charge of customer ́s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions.**Qualifications:*** *BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience** Product & Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of electronics manufacturing, PCBA, SMT, and system integration processes.* Engineering Background: Ability to interpret technical specifications, BOMs, and design documentation.* Technology Familiarity: Knowledge of hardware development cycles, firmware/software integration, and test processes.* program management skills* Complex Program Execution: Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex programs.* Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to deliver on time and within scope.* Cost Analysis & Optimization: Understand cost drivers in technical programs; support P&L objectives.* KPI Management: Track technical and operational KPIs to ensure program health.* Risk & Issue Management: Ability to identify technical risks early and drive mitigation plans.* Project Management Tools: MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Teams.* Data Analysis Tools: Excel (advanced), Power BI for dashboards and reporting* *Advanced experience managing cross-functional teams (CFT),** *Solid understanding and management of Profit & Loss (P&L).** *Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.** *Advanced English level** *Nice to have NPI experience.***What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:*** Competitive Salary.* Life & Medical insurance.* Christmas Bonus.* Food Coupons.* Saving Fund.GR66## ## Job CategoryOperationsRequired Skills:Optional Skills:Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
