HR Operations Specialist: Absence & Payroll Support

Link-Worldwide in Mexico is looking for an HR administrator to manage the functions including absence management, payroll support, and employee payments. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in HR administration, along with strong English communication skills.
Knowledge of Mexico's employment legislation and the ability to work onsite when necessary are also essential. Applicants should possess strong organizational abilities and be able to support the local HR team.
