Business Development Manager – Institutional Partnerships
At Solution Inn, a rapidly growing company focused on providing textbook solutions, AI‑powered tutoring, and digital resources for students, we are seeking a Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts to target and acquire institutional partners in colleges and universities across the USA and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to understand specific challenges and needs of the education sector.
- Present and pitch Solution Inn's platform to educational leaders, showcasing its impact on student engagement and academic performance.
- Participate in educational conferences, webinars, and networking events to increase visibility and attract potential partners.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators related to business development, ensuring goals and revenue targets are met.
- Lead the business development function as the company grows, including hiring and managing Business Development Executives or additional sales staff.
- Contribute to the overall business strategy, working closely with senior management to refine growth plans and institutional outreach.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English (American accent preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather insights from data and market trends.
- Outstanding relationship‑building skills and ability to develop trust and rapport with senior academic stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, preferably within the education sector or EdTech.
