Financial Engineer

Your Team Responsibilities

• Performance Attribution model analysis and support
• Testing of PA enhancements
• Client support
• Design and delivery of AI tooling to automate these workflows

Your Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of MSCI Performance Attribution models and processes
• Collaborate with team members to identify automation opportunities and translate them into deliverable AI solutions
• Design AI agents and automated workflows for testing and client support
• Define and implement a validation framework to ensure AI tools perform correctly in production

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

Either a postgraduate degree in Financial Engineering (or equivalent) or 2 years of industry experience in a quantitative role in a financial institution (Banks, Hedge Funds, Broker-Dealers, etc.). Advance coding skills.
