Last Mile Operations Lead - Area Manager (North Region)

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager in Last Mile Execution, based in Hermosillo, Sonora, MX. You will oversee the day-to-day Last Mile operation, drive UTR performance, and coordinate with delivery, DSPs, and cross-functional teams to meet customer promise and quality goals.
You will lead a team of station managers, set performance targets, and push Lean improvements across safety, productivity and service quality. A flexible schedule is required.
