CRM Data & Order Entry Specialist

Link-Worldwide is seeking an Order Entry Specialist located in Tijuana. This role involves managing customer support and orders, ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.
The ideal candidate must have proficiency in English and CRM systems, specifically Salesforce and Oracle, while being knowledgeable in ERP systems like Netsuite. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
