Field Service Engineer Liquid Chromatography (Morelia)

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, optimize, and maintain chromatography hardware and software systems at customer sites
• Diagnose and resolve equipment performance issues and implement repairs or upgrades
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system qualification activities to ensure reliable operations
• Provide technical training and mentoring to field engineers and end users on equipment operation
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage technical escalations for integrated customer solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related scientific field
• One or more years of experience with HPLC systems or similar technical role
• Mexican passport and valid U.S. visa
• Valid driver's license with willingness to travel 45% or more
• Professional spoken and written English proficiency
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service abilities
