DESCRIPTION

• Define, monitor and ensure targets and KPIs for returnable container management
• Account setup for container accounts and new suppliers
• Ensure cooperation with relevant internal and external interfaces to manage returnable container flow and supply such as warehouse operations, etc.
• Manage the returnable container process (empties) and container fleet
• Error identification alignment with the supplier to define measures
• Generate emergency orders and identify root causes through suppliers, taking measures such as charge‑back information to interfaces
• Preparation of complaints process, including analysis with carriers/suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in the industry with knowledge in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse operations, Returnable Container Management and/or similar positions
• Supplier management
• Knowledge of OEM standards
• Cost, penalties and claims management
• Handling of KPIs
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and internal logistics
• Gathering of technical information, lessons learned, concepts and customer requirements
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
• Fluent English

Position for 30 months.
