Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico for an Experienced Real Estate Agent.

The agent will prospect and cultivate client relationships, conduct property showings, and provide expert guidance to buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process.

• Daily responsibilities include evaluating properties, preparing listing presentations and market analyses, coordinating marketing activities, and managing negotiations from offer to closing.
• Collaborate closely with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure listings are showcased effectively across digital and international channels.
• Stay current on local market trends, legal requirements, and company standards to deliver a high-quality, ethical, and client-focused experience.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License and in-depth knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property practices.
• Five years of experience in the luxury real estate market and high-net-worth clientele.
• Strong Sales skills with a proven track record in meeting or exceeding transaction and revenue goals.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long-term, trust-based client relationships.
• Familiarity with luxury property markets.
• Proficiency with digital marketing platforms, and virtual communication tools.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities in a professional setting.
• Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is strongly preferred for working with local and international clients.
• Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment.
