Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated C++ Trainee Developer to join our engineering team in Guadalajara. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career developers who have a strong foundation in C++ programming and are interested in building their skills while contributing to real-world software development projects.

The selected candidate will work closely with experienced engineers, participate in software development activities, and gain hands-on experience with C++ applications, debugging, testing, and software engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance software components using C++ .
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following development standards.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with senior developers to improve coding practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues.
• Perform unit testing and support software validation activities.
• Analyze technical requirements and contribute to software design discussions.
• Work with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Learn and apply software engineering best practices, including version control and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field .
• Basic to intermediate programming experience with C++ .
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting techniques.
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle concepts.
• Ability to work onsite in Guadalajara, Mexico .
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic or project experience developing applications using C++.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems .
• Knowledge of software testing practices.
• Experience working with Linux/Unix environments.
• Exposure to embedded systems, automotive software, or low-level programming is a plus.
