About the role

As a Production Leader, you will lead production teams to meet safety, quality, and output goals while driving operational excellence. You will play a key role in implementing new production lines and ensuring workforce efficiency, contributing directly to Carrier’s mission of delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Meeting and maintaining safety, quality, and production metrics
• Ensuring labor efficiency and productivity across the team
• Leading the implementation of new production lines
• Promoting continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational goals

Requirements

We are looking for people who are results-driven, collaborative, and passionate about manufacturing excellence. If this is you, get in touch.

• Advanced English proficiency
• Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles

Although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:

• Experience supervising manufacturing operations
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
