Trade Marketing Coordinator

What you´ll do

• Lead the execution of global innovation rollouts, ensuring high-quality and consistent implementation across markets.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing Heads and marketing teams on planning, budgeting, production, and execution of all in-store activities.
• Partner with Product Managers and Marketing teams to execute sales promotions and product communication strategies effectively.
• Develop and implement trade programs aligned with overall sales strategies and business goals.
• Coordinate and monitor execution of sales-related activities, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret market and performance data to identify opportunities and optimize initiatives.
• Support Trade Marketing teams in executing activities and achieving sales targets and budget objectives.
• Ensure that product benefits, brand values, and brand equity are consistently and accurately communicated across all touchpoints.

What makes you a good fit

• Experience in Trade Marketing, Brand Marketing, or Sales Activation.
• Proven track record managing in-store execution and promotional activities.
• Exposure to global or regional marketing strategies is a plus.
