About the role

We’re hiring our first Content Marketer to make more independent hotel owners understand how Visito works, trust it, and start a trial.

You’ll run the content engine from idea to distribution. You’ll find the story, write the script, shoot the video, edit it, and publish it. You’ll turn customer results and product launches into short-form video, blog posts, emails, case studies, and sales assets.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll use AI for first drafts, shoot and edit video on your phone, and build day-to-day assets from templates. Our contract designer supports larger brand projects, but you’ll produce most content yourself.

You’ll work directly with the CEO on what matters and own how it gets made. 

What you’ll do

• Own the content engine from idea to execution
• Create short-form video for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Turn customer results into proof through case studies, testimonial reels, and stat cards
• Write blog posts and comparison pages that rank on Google and appear in AI search
• Run email campaigns to our customer base, including launches and updates
• Put small paid budgets behind content that has already proven itself organically
• Track which content drives trials and use the results to decide what gets made next

You may be a good fit if you

• Have used content to generate real pipeline at a startup or B2B company
• Can take a short-form video from concept to published in a day, working independently
• Are comfortable on camera or know how to direct founders, customers, and teammates
• Write clearly and persuasively without corporate buzzwords
• Ship quickly and judge your work by signups, not vanity metrics
• Are organized enough to run the entire content calendar yourself
• Have 3+ years of experience in content, growth, or product marketing
• Are fluent in English and Spanish

Strong candidates may also have

• Marketed to SMBs, hospitality, travel, or local businesses
• Created video content that directly drove signups or sales
• SEO or AI search (GEO) experience

Compensation & benefits

• $2,500+ USD/month, based on experience
• Full-time, in-person role in Mexico City, based in Roma Norte
