Nexroll is growing and we’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused US Payroll Specialist to join our team

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients using Isolved and UKG payroll platforms, ensuring exceptional customer service and accurate payroll support.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing payroll-related inquiries while maintaining strong client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients using Isolved and UKG platforms
• Provide ongoing support related to payroll processing, payroll adjustments, tax filings, and year-end reporting
• Assist clients with payroll questions, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner
• Escalate technical or complex payroll concerns to the appropriate internal teams when necessary
• Ensure clients remain compliant with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Collaborate with internal departments to deliver a seamless and positive client experience
• Support onboarding activities and contribute to improving operational and client service workflows
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with both internal sales teams and external partners
• Represent Nexroll professionally and act as a trusted advisor to clients

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• English proficiency required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

✨ NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

• Previous experience in payroll support, payroll processing, or accounting
• Experience with payroll platforms such as Isolved, UKG, ADP, Paychex, or similar systems
• Understanding of payroll operations, tax filings, and compliance practices
