CONSULTOR CHANGE MANAGEMENT (Semi senior)
Experiencia:
- Consultor para gestionar procesos de adopción de cambios organizacionales derivados de la implementación de nuevas tecnologías.
- Conocimiento de metodologías de gestión del cambio.
- Experiencia en Proyectos de Tecnología
- Experiencia en Proyectos SAP
- Ubicación Preferente Monterrey
- Deseable alguna certificación en Change Management
Responsabilidades:
Ejecutar tareas operativas de Gestión del cambio tales como:
- - Participar en las actividades necesarias para implementar un proceso de gestión del cambio con dirección de sus líderes.
- - Apoyo para la gestión de Stakeholders al documentar información clave y participar en la preparación de reportes que den claridad de la importante de la participación de los influenciadores clave en la organización.
- - Diseñar comunicados para la adopción de nuevos procesos y herramientas (diseño de piezas). Planeación del despliegue de la comunicación.
- - Identificación de impactos de cambio organizacional y soporte para la creación de planes de mitigación para estos impactos.
- - Participar en el desarrollo de planes de capacitación para todos los niveles de la organización en procesos de adopción bajo la supervisión de sus líderes.
- - Ayudar en gestionar a los equipos de proyecto para fomentar una forma de trabajo ágil.
- Inglés itermedio - avanzado
