Senior Payroll Analyst & Process Improvement Lead

Link-Worldwide is looking for a Payroll Sr Analyst based in Mexico City. This role involves business analysis support for HR and Payroll operations, including creating documentation and managing internal procedures.
The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of relevant experience, strong project planning abilities, and expertise in risk management. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. This position is full-time, focusing on Payroll operations.
