Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer to architect, optimize, and support our enterprise communications platforms, including TIBCO, Apache Kafka, ECG and IBM MQ. You will be responsible for ensuring high availability, scalability, and security in our hybrid cloud environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive best practices in event-driven architecture and messaging.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive best practices and innovation in event-driven architecture and messaging.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kafka clusters, Kafka Streams, Schema Registry, and KSQL.
• In-depth knowledge of IBM MQ, TIBCO EMS, and enterprise messaging patterns.
• 2+ years of Azure, AWS and Cloud technologies is preferred.
• Experience deploying messaging solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, Terraform, and Helm.
• CI/CD pipeline development with Jenkins, GitLab, Kubernetes.
• Expertise in REST, SOAP, WebSockets, MQTT, and TCP/IP networking.
• Experience in data platform engineering, with a focus on cloud transformation and modernization.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, including Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
