Modalidad híbrida en Ciudad de México.AlertMedia ofrece una plataforma de inteligencia de riesgos y respuesta para ayudar a organizaciones a proteger a su personal, operaciones y marca. Cuenta con más de 4,000 clientes globales.## Responsabilidades clave* Brindar soporte a clientes del segmento SMB como experto en el producto para impulsar su adopción.* Gestionar puntos de contacto con clientes mediante procesos automatizados.* Organizar webinars y facilitar la colaboración entre clientes.* Colaborar con el equipo de éxito del cliente para impulsar iniciativas de crecimiento.* Evaluar la salud y el riesgo de la cartera de clientes asignada.* Responder a consultas de clientes en un plazo de un día hábil.* Registrar toda la comunicación y datos en Gainsight y Salesforce.## Requisitos indispensables* Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en gestión de éxito del cliente o gestión de cuentas.* Experiencia en entornos SaaS o tecnológicos.* Habilidades sólidas de organización y gestión del tiempo.* Capacidad para manejar un gran volumen de cuentas.* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita.* Disposición para implementar ideas innovadoras.* Dominio del inglés y español (bilingüe).* Experiencia con Salesforce o HubSpot.* Conocimiento en implementación de software y adopción tecnológica.* Habilidades de escucha activa y adaptabilidad a diferentes perfiles de clientes.## Beneficios* Modalidad híbrida: 2 días en oficina (ubicada en Reforma, Ciudad de México).* Salario base competitivo.* Bono anual de la empresa.* Cobertura médica, dental y visual pagada al 100%.* Bono de Navidad (Aguinaldo).* Política generosa de vacaciones y días festivos.* Subsidio mensual para trabajo desde casa.* Equipo proporcionado: laptop, monitor y accesorios.
