Requisitos

Responsabilidades
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias de venta para Seguros de Vida
- Gestionar, capacitar y desarrollar al equipo comercial para su crecimiento
- Detectar oportunidades de mercado y generar nuevas líneas de negocio
- Construir relaciones comerciales con clientes potenciales
- Cumplir y superar los objetivos de ventas establecidos

- Sueldo base mensual competitivo: $25,000 (+ Variable)
