Job Description

The Customer Care Representative provides accurate product information and support to both new and existing customers.

This role collaborates closely with Sales, Accounting, Production, and Shipping to ensure all orders are processed correctly and shipped on time.

The Customer Care Representative serves as the primary point of contact between customers and internal departments, coordinating communication, resolving issues, and ensuring all customer needs are fully addressed throughout the order and support cycle.

To perform this role effectively, the representative must demonstrate strong proficiency in modern information technologies, including email communication, text messaging, Video conferencing, Ai‑based platforms, and other digital tools used for customer interaction and internal coordination, ensuring efficient communication, timely follow‑up, and accurate processing of customer requests across multiple channels.

This position offers an initial monthly compensation range of $15,000 to $18,000 MXN before taxes. The regular work schedule is on site Monday - Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., including a one‑hour lunch break.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

• 2 years minimun experience of Customer Service or related area is requiered
• Suitable for recent graduates with internships, social service, or initial professional experience.

Skills/Abilities:

• Solid understanding of customer satisfaction principles.

• Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).

• Strong problem‑solving ability.

• Attention to detail in administrative and customer‑facing tasks.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Ability to conduct basic online research with guidance.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

• Ability to perform basic math operations (percentages, totals, simple calculations).

• Bilingual (Spanish and English required ).

• Familiarity with Ai platforms.

• Willingness to learn internal processes such as PO’s, RMA’s, ETA confirmations, and documentation control.

Essential Results:

• Generate invoices.

• Send invoices to customers.

• Send tracking numbers to customers.

• Process Purchase Orders (PO’s).

• Assist customers with general inquiries related to products, invoices, shipments, or warranties.

• Follow up on warranty cases for customers.

• Confirm ETA’s with PAV US and communicate them to customers.

• Control internal documents (receipt acknowledgements, customer tax information, etc.).

• Process RMA’s (Return Merchandise Authorizations).

• Perform other duties as assigned.
