Senior Equipment Engineer - Automation & Capacity Lead

Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Ciudad Juarez, MX, seeks a Senior Equipment Engineer to lead equipment implementation and validation across manufacturing lines.
You will drive automation projects, troubleshoot complex systems (PLCs, HMIs, vision, robots), and ensure compliance with GMP and EH&S. Fluency in Spanish and strong English are valued.
This role requires 4–6 years experience in automated manufacturing and proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
