Customer Operations Representative (Aftermarket)

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Operations Representative to join our Allison Off Highway (AOH) team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers , managing orders end-to-end and ensuring a seamless customer experience across the entire order lifecycle.

This is a highly collaborative and operations-focused position, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and enjoys solving complex customer and logistics challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Manage customer orders from entry to delivery , ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Respond to customer inquiries related to pricing, availability, and order status
• Proactively follow up on open orders and resolve issues such as delays or discrepancies
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution Centers, Engineering, and Sales to meet customer needs
• Handle shipment tracking, logistics coordination, and delivery-related concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order updates
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order management, logistics, or aftermarket operations
• Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or similar environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), CRM tools, and Microsoft Office
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
