Nuevo León, Mexico
Automotive Manufacturing Industry
Antal International is currently partnering with a leading automotive manufacturing company seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead production operations and drive operational excellence.
We are looking for a hands-on leader with proven experience in:
✅ Manufacturing Operations Management
✅ Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
✅ OEE & Productivity Improvement
✅ Production Planning & Scheduling
✅ Root Cause Analysis
✅ Team Leadership & Development
✅ Automotive Manufacturing Environment
✅ Cost Reduction & Operational Efficiency
Key Requirements:
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
✔ 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations
✔ Automotive industry experience (Tier 1 preferred)
✔ Advanced English proficiency
✔ Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ERP/MRP Systems, and KPI management
