DevOps Platform Engineer (Lagos de Moreno)

Overview

DevOps / Platform Engineer to build, maintain, and improve our CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and container orchestration platforms. You\'ll work closely with development teams to enable fast, reliable, and secure software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments to enable rapid software delivery.


• Maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure and container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes/EKS).


• Collaborate with development teams to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure deployments and operations.


• Ensure infrastructure as code and automation are applied consistently (e.g., versioned configurations, backups, drift control).


• Monitor and improve system reliability, performance, and security; participate in incident response and post-mortems.

Required Skills

• GitLab (CI/CD pipelines, runners, repository management)


• Jenkins (pipeline-as-code, shared libraries, plugin management)


• Docker (building and optimizing images, multi-stage builds)


• Kubernetes/EKS (deployments, services, configmaps, secrets, RBAC, troubleshooting pods, gateways, traffic management, mTLS)


• Helm (chart authoring, values, templates, chart dependencies)


• Terraform (modules, state management, AWS provider)


• Ansible – AWX Towercli


• AWS (EKS, EC2, IAM, S3, Parameter Store, Route53, VPC, ALB/NLB)


• Git (branching strategies, merge requests, rebasing)


• Scripting in Bash-Python

• Google Cloud


• Istio (virtual services, Service-Mesh)


• Splunk (log queries, dashboards, alerts)


• Datadog (APM, infrastructure monitoring, log management, custom dashboards)
