Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience across multiple communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and processes
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills (CRM systems experience is a plus)
• Bilingual (English required; additional languages are a plus)
