Key Required

• Service Now with experience with Life Science & Healthcare Industry.
• Experienced on Veeva RIM - More Admin side.
• Knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11 & validation processes in a regulated environment.
• Strong technical skills in configuration & issue resolution in Windows -based enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) & Request/ incident/change management processes.

Experience & Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Regulatory Operations, IT Security, QA, Validation ) to meet compliance & audit readiness.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs, user manuals, knowledge base articles, & incident logs.
• Participate in validation testing (IQ/OQ/PQ) and periodic system reviews within GxP-regulated environments.
• Assist in system upgrades, patch testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to support uninterrupted business operations.
• Process automation, system optimization & user experience enhancements.
• Troubleshoot critical production issues, including system unavailability & data integrity issues & propose resolutions or workarounds.
• Ability to replicate & diagnose issues using industry-standard tools & techniques (e.g., FTP, Postman, AWS Tools) & propose resolutions or workarounds.
• Plus: Experience with documentation tools & version control systems is a plus.

Key System Responsibilities

• Veeva Vaults: Provide end-to-end support (L1 - L3) for Veeva RIM & Veeva Safety Docs Platforms, Veeva API: Provide Veeva RIM API endpoints to facilitate automation & system integration, Learning Management Coordinators: Contributed to the setup of the Veeva RIM Trainings module within the eLMS Quality Suite, Please Review Applications & licenses management, ISI Toolbox, Lorenz docu Bridge : Manage the full lifecycle & license management, Lorenz iSubmit, Word Templates, iLovePDF & ServiceNow.
