Logistics Coordinator (Durango)

JIRobinson Group Corp. is an internationally recognized company offering a diverse range of services, including mining exploration, software development, specialized tool production, and high-resistance uniform manufacturing. Through our company, 4Plus1 Creative, we are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

For several years, we have supported mining projects in the United States and the Mexican Republic by ensuring the continuous supply of essential mining exploration products (helmets, hydraulic connections, additives, personal supplies, etc.) to our workforce.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and purchase orders.
• Manage product listings, including additions, deletions, and updates in the system.
• Communicate with national and international suppliers to restock products.
• Identify optimal suppliers based on cost and delivery time.
• Track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor product consumption by the workforce.
• Anticipate and identify the need for product restocking.
• Strap, arrange, separate boxes or pallets by corresponding parcel service.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken, written, and listening).
• 2 years of experience in logistics roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Effective communication.
• Time management skills.
• Proactive attitude.
