You will oversee the entire consumer lending cycle — from underwriting to disbursement, collections, recoveries, and legal — ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with our growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage operational processes for the entire loan lifecycle, ensuring they meet strategic and regulatory requirements.Build and lead multidisciplinary teams (collections, legal, logistics) to deliver operational excellence.Drive the adoption of new technologies to enhance customer experience, streamline lending processes, and optimize collections.Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to achieve business plan targets.Lead operational projects supporting product expansion and market growth.Ensure high-quality customer service and effective debt recovery processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.5+ years in operations management within the financial or fintech sector, ideally consumer lending.Proven track record leading high-performance teams.Strong knowledge of financial products, asset-backed lending, and preferably automotive financing.Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.Advanced data analysis skills and comfort with technology-driven solutions.What We OfferCareer growth: Join a company expanding globally, with opportunities to take on senior leadership roles.Performance-linked earnings: Your compensation will grow with your success.Equity participation: Become a co-owner of the business as we grow.Prime location: Work in the vibrant Juárez neighborhood of Mexico City.Collaborative culture: Be part of a talented, supportive team that values excellence.Ready for the Challenge?
