Senior Backend Engineer - Python/Java for AI Platforms

Svitla Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expert Python and Java for backend services and API development in an AI-driven retail platform. This full-time remote role based in Mexico requires coordinating across time zones and delivering production-grade software.
You will apply agentic engineering (Claude Code/Codex), build scalable microservices, and collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers. Strong Azure and container skills are essential.
