Requirements (What We're Looking For)

• Workday Project Management certification (Required)
• Fluent in English (Required)
• 2+ years’ experience project managing concurrent Workday HCM implementations for medium or large enterprise organizations with a Workday partner firm (Required)
• Workday HCM, Payroll, Financials, or Adaptive certification (Required)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and Power Point programs (Required)
• Experience using project management tools, Smartsheet (Preferred)
• Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company (Preferred)
• Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and co-workers in a positive manner that engenders confidence and trust
• Good problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives customer expectations

Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

• Manage the implementation of multiple Medium Enterprise Workday projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Work with Top Bloc consultants to ensure projects are properly staffed and delivered
• Participate in the sales cycle including but not limited to gathering requirements and helping with SOWs
• Ensure company compliance with client contracts and successfully execute the Statement of Work
• Work with the client’s project managers to identify/resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or time frames
• Lead clients through hypercare and transition to Top Bloc’s Postproduction services team
• Establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Advise clients on Workday best practices

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
