Global Talent Development Leader — Regional Programs
MAHLE GmbH
MAHLE GmbH is seeking an experienced professional to join their team in Monterrey as a Talent Development Manager. This role focuses on managing and promoting global and regional development programs while aligning with regional stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or Psychology and at least 5 years of experience in Talent Development, preferably in the automotive industry.
