Manufacturing Systems Analyst

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting manufacturing systems, business systems, or plant operations in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience with ERP, MES, quality, production, supply chain, or related manufacturing applications.

• Experience leading or supporting technology implementation and digital transformation projects.

• Preferred experience with Power BI, SQL, Azure, SCADA, IIoT , Ignition, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.

Main Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between Operations and IT.

• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to identify and deliver technology solutions.

• Support, optimize, and troubleshoot manufacturing systems, MES applications, and connected operations platforms.

• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics tools.

• Lead or support digital transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Coordinate system testing, deployment, user training, documentation, and adoption activities.

• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, IT governance, and operational standards.

Mandatory Requirements :

• Fluent English and Spanish communication skills (written and verbal).

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Systems, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing systems or plant operations.

• Strong knowledge of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution delivery.

• Experience supporting manufacturing-related applications (ERP, MES, Quality, Production, or Supply Chain systems).

• Ability to translate business needs into practical technology solutions.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global organization.
