DOCUMENT CONTROL CHANGE ANALYST PRINCIPAL

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Document Control Change Analyst Principal for its MedTech Surgery division in Ciudad Juarez. The role manages change control processes for quality system documentation and product lifecycle management records, while supporting compliance and records management programs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review documentation changes for accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance
• Process change requests and notices in timely manner with appropriate editing and formatting
• Provide training and guidance to internal customers on change control procedures and system tools
• Generate reports and support records management program activities
• Support quality systems audits and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• High school diploma plus technical career or near-completion of bachelor's degree
• 6+ years related experience or recent bachelor's degree with relevant work experience
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with electronic change control and PLM systems in regulated environments
• GMP/ISO knowledge preferred
• Strong written, verbal, and active listening communication skills
