Supply Planning Analyst (Temporal)

Supply Planner – MPS/Scheduling & MRP

Responsibilities:

• Develop short- and long-term end-to-end production and supply chain plans for items produced internally and externally.
• Maintain the integrity of system data and supply planning information.
• Deliver master and detailed schedules, long-range plans (including capacity considerations) and material requirement plans using system tools.
• Perform root-cause analysis and support continuous improvement of the plan.
• Support and implement improvements in the planning arena to improve customer fill rate, inventory targets, waste reduction and meet company KPIs.
• Ensure weekly production plans are available in the planning system on time for MRP planners and materials specialists.
• Communicate supply scenarios with supply planning and operations organization for the Supply Review process (e.g., inventory pre-build, production off-load, labor and downtime adjustments).
• Analyze inventory levels and system alerts to create the optimal finished goods supply plan.
• Review operational metrics such as compliance to schedule, volume compliance, quality inspection and non-productive inventory on a weekly basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in a FMCG/CPG environment, preferably food or other fast-moving industry where shelf life is a constraint.
• Experience in IBP/S&OP environment.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and work on key priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and ability to understand and interpret data.
• Team player who can collaborate with many functions daily.

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
