Position

SAP BW/HANA SAC Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

• Implement part or all of the solution to the client in accordance with the agreed functional design.
• Work on SAP analytics solutions such as SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAC, or Analytics.
• Recommend best practices for configuring SAC to achieve integration, high performance, and stability.
• Set up and configure security requirements.
• Perform initial setup, prototype, configuration, and testing to support design sessions and meet business requirements.
• Build SAC models using live data connections and design extensible solutions with back‑end HANA models.
• Develop SAC reports using standard and custom charts/visualizations.
• Facilitate the gathering of requirements, design, implementation, and support for SAP BW, SAC, and Analytics to enhance client business functionality and performance.
• Analyze and develop functional specifications and communicate with technical developers to deliver efficient solutions.
• Prepare instruction manuals and training material for end‑user training.
• Provide solutions for business requirements and guide the team on data migration.
• Manage SAP Analytical and/or Reporting work streams for large or complex systems across various industry sectors.
• Integrate with SAP modules such as MM, QM, CO, PP, PM, WM, SD, and FI.
• Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team on enhancements and user exits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in SAP BW, HANA, and SAC.
• Experience working in at least one BW/4HANA implementation project.
• Experience with data warehousing and reporting solutions based on SAP BW/4HANA, SAP HANA, SAP S/4HANA Analytics, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP Datasphere.
• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP BW, SAP SAC, and S/4HANA Analytics modeling using CDS views.
• Experience with SAP data warehouse cloud, data modeling principles, CDS views, OData, and space management.
• Excellent knowledge of configuring live data and import data connections, data acquisition via SAP HANA, SAP BW, SAP BPC, SAP S4HANA, SAP BO Universe, SQL, OData Services, Microsoft Excel, flat files, and third‑party cloud applications.
• Hands‑on experience with SAC as a planning tool and designing/implementing data models.
• Experience managing SAP Analytical and/or Reporting work streams for large or complex systems.
• Experience with BW models in HANA Studio such as Composite providers, Advanced DSOs, and Open ODS views.
• Ability to write functional specifications and work with a technical team on enhancements and user exits.
• Knowledge of implementation project life cycles, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, cut‑over, and go‑live support.
• Proficient using Project Management tools such as JIRA.
• Strong communication skills in English (C1/C2).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% internationally.
