Leim- Process Engineer (Mexicali)

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize manufacturing and industrial processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Lead and manage complex technical projects.
• Validate manufacturing processes and support new product introductions.
• Identify and implement automation and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and control process documentation and procedures.
• Analyze production issues and implement effective corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on achieving operational goals.
• Coordinate product transfers and new product implementation activities.
• Supervise and lead production and technical personnel.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure operational excellence.

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Process Engineer.
• Extensive experience supporting and improving manufacturing processes.
• Minimum of 2 years of personnel management experience.
• Proven experience in continuous improvement and project management.
• Experience with product transfers and new product implementation.

Technical Skills

• Process validation and optimization.
• Procedure development and control.
• Root cause analysis and problem‑solving.
• Automation and cost‑reduction initiatives.
• Programming knowledge in Python, VBA, or PLC logic.
• Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Additional Requirements

• High sense of urgency.
• Strong teamwork and proactive attitude.
• Valid U.S. Visa.
• English proficiency: 80% or higher (written and spoken, fluent communication).
