About us

Platzi is the largest technology school in the Hispanic world with over 6 million students and 4,000 companies trusting us to deliver effective online education. Our mission is to make Latin America a technology superpower. We do it by training companies and individuals in areas such as AI, Cybersecurity, English, Programming and Leadership.

What you do

• Drives the area's goals alongside the leader, in line with Platzi's objectives and culture
• Owns talent decisions with the leader: hiring (runs the recruiting process end to end), onboarding, development, performance, structure, compensation, exits
• Runs Leaders Lab each week and ABC Players monthly to spot patterns, retention risks, and feedback
• Holds weekly 1:1s with leaders on the hard, confidential cases, and builds the strategy for each
• Coaches managers through the conversation they're avoiding, the one costing the business money
• Turns values into behaviors and keeps the cultural narrative clear
• Owns A Player retention and talent density
• Goes into detail to find the answers
• Understands the why behind everything, questions unknowns, and pushes back on ambiguity

Who you are

• 5+ years in People or close to the business
• Ideally a former leader or current People Business Partner
• English and Spanish fluent
• CDMX or BOG

Hardware

With Platzi's help, you will have 100% of the necessary work tools such as a laptop, smartphone, desk, ergonomic chair, monitor, and other accessories.

Books

We provide you with all the books you need to grow professionally on Kindle, and we give you the Kindle too.

Maternity/Paternity Leave
