What you will do

As a Technology Procurement Analyst at Johnson Controls, you will play a critical role in driving efficiency and streamlining procurement processes. Your responsibilities will include analyzing technology spend data, coordinating with various internal stakeholders, and supporting the development of procurement strategies to ensure optimal use of resources.

• Utilize data analytics tools to collect and interpret procurement data, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.

• Streamline procurement workflows by leveraging technology solutions and automation tools to remove obstacles and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Lead initiatives to enhance vendor relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations with suppliers.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying areas for process optimization and implementing effective changes.

• Contribute to team success by collaborating with colleagues and sharing diverse perspectives to address challenges and innovate solutions.

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related roles preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
