Software Engineer (Java)

Objetivo del puesto:
Es responsable del diseño técnico y ejecución de proyectos de desarrollo de las aplicaciones del portafolio, colaborando con diferentes equipos de trabajo y áreas de negocio.
Principales Funciones:
- Participar en el desarrollo de proyectos de funcionalidades nuevas requeridas por las diferentes áreas de negocio.
- Participar en la planeación y el seguimiento de proyectos de desarrollo multifuncionales asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
- Asegurar la calidad en los entregables del resto del equipo de desarrollo, contribuyendo al pase limpio a ambientes productivos.
- Colaborar con diferentes áreas para generar diseños de soluciones seguras, escalables y confiables.
- Participar en sesiones de definición de requerimientos, asegurando que las historias de usuario estén listas para ser desarrolladas.
- Administrar los recursos de desarrollo para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de cada uno de los proyectos de desarrollo.
- Colaborar con el equipo de soporte de nivel 3 en el análisis de causa raíz y resolución de fallas recurrentes.
- Participar en el empaquetamiento de versiones y coordinación de las liberaciones a los ambientes de desarrollo y productivos del portafolio.
Requisitos:
- Carrera profesional terminada en: Carrera profesional terminada en: Ingeniería o Licenciatura en Sistemas Computacionales o afín.
- Contar con experiencia de 1 a 2 años en puesto similar.
- Inglés Intermedio.
- Experiencia en Java.
- Experiencia en bases de datos relacionales (ej. SQL, MySQL).
- Conocimiento del ciclo de desarrollo de software.
- Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles de desarrollo de software (ej. SCRUM, Agile, SAFe).
- Experiencia en diseño de soluciones de software.
- Experiencia en versionamiento de software (ej. Git, TFVC, Bitbucket).
