LATAM Employer Brand Storyteller
Mars
Mars is seeking an Employer Brand Specialist LATAM to lead engaging employer brand content for Mexico and LATAM South, including Argentina, Chile, and Colombia. You will craft stories for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and our Careers Site, collaborating with HR and communications to keep content on-brand and compelling.
You will analyze data to tell impactful stories for leadership reviews, collaborate with external agencies, and drive employee advocacy programs.
