You will define a global technology vision, orchestrate federated systems, and lead large-scale integrations in a complex, matrixed environment.
Responsibilities include shaping a product-based operating model, advancing Agile/DevOps, and leveraging AI to deliver end-to-end Associate journeys—from talent to payroll and beyond.
