Bilingual Customer Acquisition & Renewals Specialist
Convergys
Concentrix is seeking a Specialist, Customer Acquisition - Bilingual in Mexico City. You will drive revenue by selling renewals and services, manage a high-volume outbound cadence, and maintain accurate CRM data.
The role requires 2+ years in sales, fluent English and Spanish, and comfort in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. You’ll forecast sales, collaborate with a dedicated team, and deepen product knowledge to meet client needs, with a willingness to commute to the Mexico City site.
